Fortis Place uses Contego intumescent for its fire protection needs

Fortis Place is a Class A, 12 story office tower.  The development has over 145,000 square feet and is designed to meet LEED environmental and energy efficiency standards.

Built on the former Horwood Lumber site, the building’s contemporary design pays homage to the city’s mercantile history and traditional downtown residential wood construction.
