Built during the auto industry’s boom years in the early 20th century, car dealerships lined the three blocks from Cermak to the Stevenson Expressway on Chicago’s near Southside.  This complete restoration  is called Motor Row on South Michigan and hosts retail, office, condominiums, and entertainment.  Contego protects the steel while saving the developers time and money.
