The Mahalia Apartments in North Hollywood feature a three-story prefabricated modular building with 49 studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments plus on-site supportive services. Designed by Studio One Eleven, the project includes a courtyard, laundry facility, community rooms, and a kitchen. Contego was applied to structural steel throughout.
