Contego was formed in 2000 for the express purpose of seeking out the best fire prevention products available and expanding their use through refinement, education, and exposure. Most of Contego’s products come from niche industrial sectors where they have been used successfully for years and sometimes decades. Contego acquires the products then refines them to make them more user friendly. The benefits of these tested products are then made available to broader consumer and commercial markets.
