Bimini Cove is a new luxury rental development coming soon to Fort Lauderdale, FL. The mixed-use complex will feature 140 units plus retail space.

The residential aspect of Bimini Cove will rise eight stores above grade, while the retail aspect will only be one story. The retail stores will comprise 1,700 square feet, the residences 182,559 square feet. The development rests on 2.8 acres of land and rests right across the New River south fork. In total, the project will cost $27 million.
